Seat Cushion Upgrades
Frames are built by hand using
woods such as Maple, Birch
and Mahogany to name a few.
Precision patterns, again
handcrafted, are cut and
sewn to flow match. High
quality, precision calibrated
polyurethane foam cushions,
Dacron and cotton filling
materials ensure long lasting
tailoring and comfort.
On all exposed wood and wrought iron items there are a variety of finishes to choose from to help customize your piece of furniture. To further the customization, there are choices of skirt treatments, contrast fabrics, cording and fringe as well as usage of customers own materials.
- Loose seat cushions are available with Spring Down cushion consisting of a coil spring unit wrapped in a polyurethane foam covered with a mixture of 60/40 polyester fibers and select down and water fowl feathers.
- Back cushions are available with 60/40 mixture of polyester fiber and select down and water fowl feathers.
- All cushions are wrapped in a tick.
Offering a softer seat and “shabby chic” fashion look, an optional seat of a blend/down is available. The makeup of the cushion consists of a HR foam core with 24-28 lb. density. A blend of 5/95 blend down is mixed with 50% polyester fiber and surrounds the foam core. The cushion is encased in down proof cotton ticking. The cushion is Calif. 117 fire-retardant compliant. |
